Extension Support Service for Magento

You can purchase support services for all Apptrian extensions. The service includes:

• Answering your emails within 24 hours (usually less than 12 hours and the maximum of 48 hours) on workdays (we do not work on weekends).
• Checking configuration of our extension in Magento admin.
• Checking files of our extension.
• Checking Magento logs for issues related to our extension.
• Checking the site frontend for the issues related to our extension.

The support service does not include:

• installing an extension or fixing bad installation attempts. (If you need it we offer Installation Service.)
• debugging of your site code.
• feature and customization requests.
